Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a suspension fitness class using a hammock hung from the ceiling. It offers surprising physical benefits, including spinal decompression, pain relief, and a gentle full-body workout.

 

Beyond the physical movements, aerial yoga challenges the mind too, and you'll be surprised and impressed by what you can achieve.

All ages and abilities welcome.

Science-based interval training designed to optimize calorie expenditure and fat loss.

 

Our structured Semi-supervised classes are perfect for all fitness levels, combining high-intensity movement with a supportive community atmosphere.

Class Structure

Our sessions run for 30 minutes, divided into warm-up, high-intensity interval blocks. Each class is capped at 10 participants.

  • 5x Pass - $40 ($8.20 per class)
  • 10x Pass - $60 ( $6 per class )

We provide specialized fitness support and occasional support work for all ages and abilities under the NDIS. Our programs are designed to improve physical health, build confidence, and support independence through tailored training and group fitness sessions in a supportive community environment.
