MATT's Story

"I also lost around 4 kilograms of body fat"

When I came to Ben for training all I wanted was to gain speed and strength.

By the end of my first 12-week program I had taken 2 seconds off my 100m sprint and although it was not part of my goals at the beginning, I also lost around 4 kilograms of body fat!
This was all thanks to Ben for designing the program I needed to achieve my goals and for motivating me to be able to reach them!
