Welcome to Boyd's Fitness, supervised by rescue dog Rosie, who is always there greeting you at the door. Owned and operated by BEN BOYD our Body Transformation Specialist.

Ben has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years and brings his passion and experience to our private studio every day.

Aerial Yoga
 

Aerial yoga is a suspension fitness class (yep, we literally have hammock hanging from the ceiling) offering surprising physical benefits, including spinal decompression and pain relief, as well as a gentle full-body workout.

We often hear people say that they use muscles they forgot were there, even if they are actively training. As well as the physical movements, these classes can also challenge your mind and rewardingly, you will be surprised and impressed with yourself at what you can achieve!

BUILD is a resistance training program where each program is specifically custom designed to help YOU reach your individual goals within a supportive community.

BURN- Group Fitness
